How are the coaching sessions conducted?
Our coaching sessions are conducted online via secure video conferencing platforms, or optionally in-person if in the city of Chicago.
What commitment is required?
There is no commitment beyond the sessions you have purchased. However, clients tend to have the best results when combining active engagement in sessions with applications of strategies in-between sessions.
How much does coaching cost?
Session fees vary based on the number of sessions purchased. Discounts are greater for packages instead of individual sessions. If you are experiencing financial hardship or cannot afford the listed prices, contact me to explore reduced fee options.
What results can I expect from empowerment career coaching?
While there is no such thing as a guaranteed result and this is NOT licensed therapy, clients generally feel reduced anxiety and a greater sense of confidence and direction surrounding their work and career path.
